GrayFlow provides UK-only freight dispatch and logistics coordination services including, but not limited to: freight matching and dispatch, same-day and next-day delivery, last-mile delivery, warehousing coordination, order fulfilment, pallet transport, multi-drop delivery, returns handling, and tracking and proof of delivery.

GrayFlow acts as a logistics coordinator and intermediary. Where transport or warehousing is provided through third-party operators, GrayFlow coordinates on behalf of the client but does not own or directly operate the vehicles or warehouses concerned.

Services are ordered via the enquiry form on this website, by email to [email protected], or by telephone on 07828 713 309. No orders are placed or confirmed through this website automatically. All service bookings are confirmed in writing (by email) before any work begins.

4. Pricing and Quotes

Prices shown on this website are guide rates only. They represent average UK market rates for reference purposes and are not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on factors including collection and delivery locations, consignment weight and dimensions, vehicle type required, urgency, access conditions, and any applicable surcharges.

A confirmed written quote will be provided prior to service commencement. The client is not obligated to proceed until a quote has been accepted in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is by invoice only. No payment is taken through this website. Invoices are issued following service delivery or at agreed milestone points for ongoing arrangements. Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

GrayFlow will take reasonable care in coordinating and managing logistics services. However, liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is subject to the terms of the relevant carrier and warehouse operator. GrayFlow does not accept liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather, or access failures caused by the client or third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing before the service has been dispatched or commenced. Where a cancellation is made after commencement, reasonable charges for work already undertaken may apply. Specific cancellation terms for individual bookings will be confirmed at the time of quoting.
